EXQUISITE NAILS & SPA ‘S POLICY
Our policy is to protect your rights and guarantee your satisfaction with the service(s) that we provide.

To allow us to provide a quality service as efficiently as possible. Please
o Inform our staff if you are allergic to any chemicals or substances before receiving services.
o While receiving any services please provide our staff with your feedback and or comments on their services so our staff can satisfy your requirements straight away.
o Inform the staff /salon manager immediately if you have any concerns relating to the salon, the staff, or any service.
o Inform the staff /salon manager immediately if you have any concerns that you have any infection or any other abnormal reaction or condition concerning your nails.
GUARANTEE:
Please remember! Nails are jewels, not tools. Be kind to your nails and they will look beautiful for weeks after your service.
o Gel polish manicures, dipping, and enhancements service are guaranteed for 5 days after your initial service (Excluding breakage). If you notice chips or lifting within this time, please call us to schedule a free repair with the original color of service.
o You must arrange an appointment to have your nails fixed within 7 days after your initial service.
o Repairs after guaranteed time or for breakages, tears, and corner breaks without notification will be charged.
o Regular polish services are not guaranteed.
o We will not be responsible for any infected nails. Our tools and equipment are thoroughly disinfected and will be presented for your inspection.
o We will charge you for any repairs or enhancements that we must carry out due to your own lack of care for your nails.
REFUND
o As soon as you have walked out of the salon door that means you have accepted and are happy with the service provided to your nails. No refund will be given after you have left the salon.
o We only charge after the service has been rendered. If you are not happy with your nails, please make us aware of it before you pay. We will adjust them to your satisfaction or remove any enhancements or coatings that have been applied.
o No refund will be given because you have simply changed your mind.
o If you are still not happy after we fixed your nails and request a refund, then you must go through our Customer Complaint Procedure by writing to us, stating the reason for your unsatisfied after we re-did your nails, the photo of the evidence of the nails that we fixed.
APPOINTMENT
o Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. This will ensure that you have the full time for your scheduled treatment. Please keep in mind that if you arrive late, we will need to complete the service at the original scheduled time and price in consideration of our next guest. If you should have to cancel your appointment, we require 24-hour notification.
o Please inform us of additional services (nail design, nail soak-off...) when you schedule an appointment. The more info you give us about your service will help us put you with the right technicians and extend your service time.
o Facial / Individual Lash / Massage service requires an appointment.
o Groups of 6 or more will require a deposit of 100 dollars.
PRICING
The price of services and other charges are displayed on the price list. However, please always check the price with the staff before service.

o Debit card
A 3% service fee will be applied to non-cash transactions. Gratuities are greatly appreciated.
GIFT CARD
o Gift cards are not refundable or exchangeable at any time.
o Gift cards are not redeemable if lost or stolen.
SURVEILLANCE
For safety purposes, our premises are monitored with surveillance cameras 24/7.
CHILD SAFETY
We love to do children’s nails. For safety and insurance liability, children who do not receive service must be supervised by an adult and sit with their parents while in the salon. You are liable for any damage caused by your children in the salon. Please respect our client's relaxation, please keep your children from running around, yelling, or crying. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
FOR YOUR PROTECTION
Keep all your belongings with you. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO
o Anyone with a nail condition we suspect may be contagious.
o Anyone with open or infected wounds in the treatment area.
o Anyone in ill health that we suspect may be contagious, or we fear could be further harmed by our services.
o Anyone more than 10-15 minutes late for an appointment.
o Anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to our nail technicians and other customers.
